Return/ Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the products sold on Launch Pad, all sales are final. The customer is required to contact Launch Pad within 2 days of delivery as indicated by the customer’s provided tracking number, in order to file a claim for items with issues regarding incorrect size, color, style, and/or undisclosed manufacturing or material defect for exchange only. We do not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Launch Pad will not accept any returns sent by post without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization. Launch Pad reserves the rights to deny any returns at our own discretion. Items must be tagged and in new/unworn condition.
